While pursing the registration pathway, MF will operate as unregistered charity, keeping to the requirements of the unregistered charity status outlined by the Charity Commission (UK and Wales).

Mission

To provide support to small community non government Kenyan organisations who are providing support and services to the following people living in poverty in Kenya

1)Children under 18

2)Young dults aged 18 to 25 who are in education or training

3)The care givers and families of those children under 18 and those adults aged 18-25 who are in education or training

The support provided to  organisations in Kenya will predominantly take the form of grant aid for specific projects, but may also include the provision of services to those organisations such as capacity building, training or advice.

MF will not itself provide  services, or grants to individual children, adults in education or training or their families, though a grant to an organisations may include a small proportion of funds to be dispensed by the grant receiving organisation to individuals in emergency and exceptional circumstances.
